Moving from one location to another can be time consuming

Don't let your electricity or gas supply become one of the things that hold you up.

If you have NHH meters - make sure to take a meter reading so your bills are accurate.

Moving out

Let us know your movements in good time by completing a simple form and submitting the right information for that stress-free move.

Tips

  • Providing us with your MPAN (electricity) will allow us to process your instruction as efficiently as possible.
  • Please remember, if you are moving out of your current business premises to give us at least 28 days written notice so that they we can provide an accurate final bill.
  • You can also supply a final meter reading via the online moving location form to ensure that your final bill is accurate.

Moving in

Site additions

Submit a site addition request form and send it to info@CrownCommercial.com If you have any questions about this, please contact their customer service team on 0345 410 2222.

If you are currently with another supplier please contact them to make sure your site is free to leave. If you don't do this they could block our registration and delay your site transferring to us.

Taking over ownership

If your site is already registered to EDF but you are taking over ownership we will need you to complete a Change of Ownership form, so we can move the account into the correct name before adding into the Framework.

This will be completed under a Deemed price (a copy of which will be provided by our Business moves team) when they complete the request.

Your site addition request can be submitted at any point, if this is received prior us completing the Change of Ownership, we will place the pricing on hold until this has been completed.
