We've been busy re-building

A club is an association of two or more people united by a common interest or goal. We (EDF Energy and CCS) share the common goal of being dedicated to helping framework members manage, understand and save time, money and carbon.

We’re proud to think of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework as a club. A club that gives you access to some of the best support available to the public sector.

So far this year we’ve been busy developing and improving the tools and information to help CCS framework members. And now there’s more.

The 3 Ms ... and one Club

What are the 3 Ms you ask? These consist of MyAccount, Market Insight and system migration. Ok, technically that’s two Ms and one SM but this year has already seen a number of developments and improvements to the services we offer.

The revamped and evolving CCS membership area is the latest improvement. We’ve made it even better than before. You’re already in the club so already have full access to all the help and support.

What’s new?

We’ve kept the Manage, Understand and Save elements of the old site and we’ve included some brand new extras:


  • Download Centre: Right at the top of the screen you’ll find a link to a resource centre where you can access useful guides, forms, PDFs, presentations and much more

  • Framework: This can be found next to Download Centre, has useful information about Crown Commercial Service and your membership

  • Updates: We’ve improved our News and Update section to include up to date news, blogs and industry updates. Also, it’s easier than ever to register for webinars and events

  • New content in all sections: We’ve reviewed every page and introduced an ever deeper level of information without making things complicated for you

  • Personalised Savings Plan: Did you know that you can apply for a personalised report on how you can make savings in your organisation? You can start your savings journey with this addition

  • Help section: It’s always there for you. It includes our handy FAQs, Energy Glossary and a feedback form so you can let us know what you think about our service 


Your input powers change

Your input is very important to us. We can’t say that enough. We’re always looking at ways to continually improve the support we give you.

Keep us updated with feedback – either through this website, at events, after webinars, replying to our emails, posting a comment below on this blog, or simply by letting your Relationship Manager know.
